clean, cleaner, cleanest
Yesterday morning still difficult running - still wind-driven high tide, and forced to clamber over ruts - in fact slightly sprained my knee and had to walk a while, but then able to resume running. But there was rather little garbage (shown below). Today lower tide, much better running, lots of trash but my phone died. So here's a video from last year showing what a clean rutless beach looks like.
