difficult running, yet more garbage

It was high tide today and a strong north wind was blowing spray back on the foreshore, so I was forced to try to run over the rutted moonscape that's the top 2/3 of the beach. Almost impossible because of the deep ruts. So I picked up garbage that was mostly behind the dune line, where it was more sheltered.
